3. **Orders Already Shipped**  

   - If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait until you receive the product, then initiate a return based on our **Return & Refund Policy**.

4. **Refunds**  

   - Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. **Special Orders and Custom Products**  

   - Products that are custom-made or part of a special order may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed. Please check the product details before placing your order.

6. **Exchanges and Returns**  

   - If you're unable to cancel your order, you can return the product following our **Return & Refund Policy** for an exchange or refund.
